Terms of Service
Welcome to Onesty ("App"), operated by Onesty Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT (EULA)
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store’s Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission. The App enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

2. USER ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
  • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate any other user.
  • Share or post objectionable, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or any method to manipulate the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
  • Circumvent or interfere with content moderation measures in place.

5. CONTENT MODERATION AND REPORTING
  • The App has a filtering system to detect and prevent objectionable content.
  • Users can report objectionable content via the App’s reporting feature.
  • Users can block abusive users to prevent further interactions.
  • The Company reviews all reports within 24 hours and may remove the content or suspend the violating user.
  • Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

6. TERMINATION
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement.
  • You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App belong to the Company.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
  • The App will be error-free, secure, or always available.
  • The App will meet your expectations on personality assessments.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
  • Loss of data, profits, or personal relationships.
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications means you accept the revised terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
